Instructions for Nearlo users and Facebook Login

Delete your whole Nearlo account

1. Open the Nearlo app and sign in to your account.
2. Open Profile.
3. Scroll to the Account section, then choose Delete account.
4. Confirm your Google identity and choose Delete account.

This removes the Firebase Auth account along with your profile data, listings and their media, favourites, notification devices, related chats, reports, related transactions, and the other marketplace data the account owns, following Nearlo's deletion flow.

Unlink Facebook only

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap the Connect Facebook row showing “Connected”.
3. Choose Disconnect.

Nearlo removes the Facebook identity from the same Firebase account and updates your seller status. Your Google account and marketplace data stay as they are.

If you cannot open the app

Revoke Nearlo's access from the Apps and Websites menu in your Facebook settings. That stops Meta's access. To delete all Nearlo data, use the Delete account menu again once you can open the app.
